Did Jesus go preach to the lost souls in Hell? Universal Reconciliation doesn't agree with evangelical doctrine. [1 Peter 3:18-20]

There seems to be somewhat a contradiction between what God says in Ezekiel that the father nor the son are responsible for each other's sin, but yet then it says the iniquity of the fathers will be visited to the 3rd & 4th generation. How do you harmonize these? [Ezekiel 18:20, Deuteronomy 5:9, Exodus 20:5]

Can you explain this passage of Scripture? That we are going to be judged for things in this life. So how can there be post mortem repentance (universal reconciliation)? [2 Corinthians 5:10-11]

Do you know of a good source that explains the different views of Hell?

So what are the Biblical disqualifications as to why you can't be a pastor or an elder?

Is the Book of Hebrews for the Believer or for the Unbeliever? [Hebrews 8-10, Hebrews 3:1]
