Praying in the Name of Jesus

Do we need to actually say, "in the name of Jesus", when praying, or can we just be praying in His spirit? [Acts 3:6, Acts 9:34, Acts 9:40, Luke 7:14, Colossians 3:17, Acts 4:6-10].
