Differences in New Testament Quote

Could you explain why the Psalm verses quoted in Hebrews doesn't seem to have the same meaning when it is quoted? [Psalm 95:11, Hebrews 4:3, Genesis 2:1-3, Hebrews 4:10-11, Hebrews10:1-4, Hebrews 10:11].
