Christ's Leading of the Hosts in Hell

Is it possible that Jesus "led the hosts" in Hades (Sheol) when he "descended into the lower parts of the earth, which relates to the passage in 1 Peter about Jesus preaching in hell? [Ephesians 4:8-10, 1 Peter 3:18-22, Psalm 139:13-15].
