Adding or Subtracting from Scripture

Doesn't the New Testament add to the scripture in contrast to what is said in Deuteronomy 4? [Deuteronomy 4:2, Jeremiah 31:31-34, Hebrews 7:12, Proverbs 30:5-6, Revelation 22:18-19].
